When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. We do not collect anything else, and we do not use cookies or tracking scripts.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, which we use to keep the site running and to prevent abuse of the contact form.

We use the details you submit for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use them for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.

Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach us.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, then delete it. Server logs are kept for a short period and then rotated out automatically.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action the request.
